MV don't accept egold withdrawal anymore but u can choose other payment options(no need to deposit to MV) except wire transfer to withdraw your fund if u deposited using egold previously.

Announcement from Marketiva:

Due to potential issues with E-Gold digital currency system, Marketiva
Corporation will not accepted deposits and withdrawals by E-Gold from
today to control related financial risks. In order to check payment methods
available please visit Payment Options on Marketiva - Payment Options page.

If you have previously deposited using E-Gold, you may choose another
E-Currency for your withdrawals.

Great news for Marketiva traders ! Marketiva added many new instruments this week. From now on, you can trade indexes (Dow Jones,Nasdaq,SP500,DAX,FTSE500) and commodities (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) in streamster.

U can long/short indexes and commodities freely and hold your positions as long as you can without time limit unlike futures/options. The spreads of those instruments are small compared to other CFD brokers.

BTW,Marketiva implement no overnight interest policy on all instruments (forex, indexes, commodities) so you don't need to pay high interest rate to long indexes and commodities like most CFD brokers do. The leverage is 1:100 for all instruments including forex, indexes and commodities.

I stopped using it, not because of their service but mainly because I now much prefer the MetaTrader 4 platform and I also like to use EAs (expert advisors) often.

Marketiva is great for beginners though. I wish you success in trading!

Cheers,
Alan

yep, I'm pretty much a beginner at FOREX but I have done some spreadbetting on the FTSE previously.

JoseLeon, what chat was that?
