I think I just found an MT4 broker that actually offers true ECN execution. Can this be true?

Many people has reported that it´s very dificult to offer mt4 in an ECN but for example hotspotfx offers this API to institutional interested, not for you or me :P

And there are many false information in some brokers telling that they use mt4 with ECN, so be careful. I will take a look at this link, thanks a lot.
