I am just curious to hear what everyone has to say about FXDD. I signed up recently to give their FXDD Auto platform a try and I'd like to know if any of you have had experience with this broker as I might consider another live trading account.

6-7 weeks ago I subscribed to one of those Yahoo MT4 programming Groups. In 3 weeks at least 5 members brought serious complains with screenshots from their platforms of 200 - 600 pips unexplained price spikes. FXDD explanation: one of the employees from the banks they receive their quotes made some mistakes ...

I don't know if they remedy that problem for ALL the members who lost money on those spikes, and I don't really give a buck. With my balance I will stay away from them...forever

Regards,
Dan

usually while the server are dead, i can order via chat at ikongm platform (did it once lol).. or call the dealing desk... but in that case, seems all phone line are busy ~.~
that case happened on NorthFinance few years ago while their server dead suddenly at NFP and they refunded all client fund who lost because of that problem...
sometimes it makes me thing that regulation is only kind of useless accessories especially us regulation

uk fsa and singapore regulator are more strict than us as far as i know

I agree with you.

NorthFinance is better than IBFX, I thought that IBFX was a better broker. But as you can see in the link to the NFA, IBFX was even telling lies in its website and they must pay to NFA a great sum of money So sometimes the regulation works but not always. I read some article before about it and I changed my mind about all these regulations...

My experience during many months is that the server freezes a lot (and many other "problems"...) and they only give excuses and lies. So I consider them scammers.
