Well, it surprised me they didnt postphone the NFP for 1 week.. maybe we'll see a weak version of the NFP now..

Do you saw what the asians had done on the holiday December 25th, 2006 on GBP/USD?

There are two possibilities for this NFP friday:
- its a huge ride
- its calm and no big move can be detected... but that only means, "they" will shake the market on Monday! (look what "they" had done on last NFP in GBP/USD). They will not miss it, they will move it. Thats for sure!

Beware of these important western holidays: Asians don't know X-mas and Easter.

We have the schedule so i think NFP will release this week. Until now, i dont have any revision about the schedule.

I have to note that since its release in holiday, market will be tiny and there posibble a HUGE movement or a nasty WHIPSAW. so watchout

Nothing is open here on Good Friday....

Well... Maybe the Hospitals and McDonalds, but aside from that... I mean NOTHING is open here in the Philippines. The holy week is pretty big here being a primarily catholic country and all that.

NFP launch at Easter Friday (good friday) three times in last 17 years,
1994, 1996, 1999. And generate BIG BIG move because of Illiquid markets.
