Anyone had the opportunity to test their new debit card yet and can give some input on it?

I havent read through the mails thoroughly, but seems that they've made many changes; even the shareholders are astounded by the decisions of the board.

Angry Re: ThailandGoldExchange (TGE)

I have sold nearly $3000 E-Bullion to TGE on May 20th (nearly 2 weeks ago) but the order is still pending! Some days ago I have submitted a ticket and received the following reply:

Quote:
Due to the last news regarding the trouble related to e-gold and the consequent closure of several exchangers we are now short with our cash flow.

The Board of Directors has decided to temporarily stop the scheduled withdraws from the credited balance in order to keep up with the exchange business and with the special plans that will be fulfilled regularly.

Let us underline that is temporarily and do not be alarmed on that, we will fulfill your request as soon as possible.

We are sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this will cause to you.
Is this a joke?? I have NOT withdrawn money from the credited balance, I have SOLD E-Bullion to TGE!

On GT I have read that there are different members who exchanged money through TGE recently, but only a few of them have been paid (it seems members who exchanged small amounts), other members (e.g. "Anti-TraderJ") are waiting since weeks and haven't been paid yet.

My latest support tickets and emails to Corrado Prever were unanswered!

What can we do??

You can't do anything.. AP and it's umbrella of companies are clearly insolvent and it's time for them close up and liquidate their holdings and pay out their debts.

They owe hundreds of thousands of dollars and they have NO ability to pay.

I know of three people planning legal action against them this coming week.

Well it sure looking like that, I will be interested to see what happens this coming week. I have seen some very disturbing documents from a major shareholder outlining a lot of financial abuse by the management.

As stated I know of three legal challenges that are going to be started this week one of them includes a seizure order all the owners personal assets as well as the company's business assets. So I don't know what is going to come of it all.

It will be something to keep your eyes on over the coming weeks.
