Ah yes, I'm interested to know as well how WS is doing, anyone?

I just noticed today they changed their front page - talking about focusing on external sources etc...

No, takes more than that to scare me away :P

We have just been busy.. brought a new partner on board, Todd Hudson. He's going to do wonderful things for our team.

We are also focusing on a network that will help breath new life into the auto surf program and help us be able to offer new things that haven't been achieved before.

Yes, we have also been issuing partial refunds to former members. Hopefully they take the time to post on MMG, TG and of course here Some members, depending on what they lost versus what they received are also receiving full refunds. A few members requested it be added in the form of an upgrade, but this is not required and a lot of others received payment directly into their E-gold accounts.

We have tons of work ahead and are quite excited about the possibilities, especially being able to do things beyond the scope of administering an autosurf, that is just a dead end road unless you tie into an array of other resources. That's our goal!

I would also like to note that I hadn't dropped by here as well because of where our program is being featured. If it's going to stay in a Scam Warnings folder you can't expect us to want to participate or bring traffic here, logically. Our time would better be spent participating on forums that are actually giving us a fair shot. I'm sure that makes sense.

WiredSurf it not immune to the climate change. What people want are programs that have a method of obtaining all or at least most of the revenue from an income stream outside of the program. Programs based on membership deposits are no longer given the green light, just because they look like they'd be a short-term good bet.

Having said that, I have only one question for you. Without giving away any secrets, what is your method for obtaining profits to sustain an 8%/day ROI? (I know you can't legally call deposits investments, but regardless of what you call them, that's what they are.) If you can honestly answer that question without saying the profits are from advertising revenue obtained from the site, then I will move this thread before you start refunds.

If you're obtaining profits from new deposits, then what do you have in place to safeguard against HARs? These days it seems that a large percentage of ponzi players are HARs.

JMO,
Sharon
HI Richard,

I asked the above questions on the previous page, but you didn't answer. Answering will go a long way towards moving WS out of the scam and into HYIP discussion folder.

In addition, are you only giving refunds to those that ask? Or to all former members that were in the red when WS closed? If it's only to those that ask, have you made an attempt to email the former membership to let them know that you'll refund, if they ask? I haven't seen any posts by those that were refunded. Would you mind putting a URL for some of the posts in here?

(We actually discussed what should and shouldn't be put into the scam folder and decided that new programs that shows signs/evidence of scamming and programs from administrators that had previously closed without refunding would be the criteria.)

If you are refunding all former members that were in the red and/or answer my questions from the above quote (preferably both), then I will be more than happy to move WS out of the scam section. Although I was a member of the former WS, I won't receive a refund, because I pulled out with a small profit about 2 weeks before it closed. So, I can't see for myself if the refunds are real.

Thanks,
Sharon

There was a post in the WS forum "Paid" thread yesterday by a long-time e-acquaintance (via BYUFanatic's AS101 forum) indicating she'd received her refund in full. I did confirm independently with her that this actually happened - it was <$100, and when she requested it she offered to roll it back in as an upgrade in the new program, which they did.

I'm not sure there's any firm conclusions to be drawn here, but it's at least a positive note. I have a Support request in for my refund, an amount in four figures that was my first & only upgrade and it was literally days before the crash, so it was all lost. I'm hoping (Richard!) that I'll see it back, though I've not specifically offered to roll it back into the new program.

We would never require that someone re-invest it or receive a partial refund in the way of an upgrade. If anyone who received a partial or full refund did so in terms of an upgrade, it was specifically requested.

We have issued refunds directly via e-gold as well, not all were put in as an upgrade.

Sharon, we will be showcasing how we plan on ensuring that Wired Surf will last for as long as possible on our forum in the near future when we introduce our other network sites that were never before made public within our community as well as new launches of service based websites that are currently being developed and/or tested.

As for emailing all former members, no, we have not and will not do that. We posted on our own forum and external boards requesting that members who wish to receive a partial refund to read information relating to the process and respond accordingly. I think that it would be absolutely absurd for us to contact and seek out former members who are no longer active in the industry. Anyone who is would have seen our requests and offers, as it was also posted on blogs and websites other than our own.

I will not be posting here again until our program is moved out of this thread, and if you choose not to do that for whatever reason, I understand, but we can't spend time on a forum that has us listed under "Scam Warnings" despite our attempts. If you wanted to validate that we were/are issuing partial refunds, you just have to look around, it's being posted by these people on boards and sites. We expect that these posts will be seen more often as we complete the remaining requests.

Remember though, that taking care of old business and focusing on new business is a feat in itself and we are doing so avidly but carefully. It might take a bit longer to be able to completely resolve former issues but we won't quit until we do.

Thanks,
