I don't know what to say about Trevor's journey in this process. He claims he didn't meet the required levels so did not apply b/c if he had, he would have just been denied .. on the other hand, knowingly operating without a license? I'm just not clear on his thinking on this ...
I am rooting for him to get this all done though ... if he pulls it off, CEPtrust (based on it's solid rep so far and it's top customer svc) could become the best processor choice (outside of egold) ...

To be fair, I haven't been using CEPTrust nor even participated in any of his programs so there's no way that I should be even commenting on them; but as said, they should have their license before doing any transmitting business.
I miss EMO. There's very high chance that 12DP saga actually brought it to it's demise.

I think it is hard to be too critical when it is clear they are making efforts to correct their mistake. The big mistake was of course the total mis-reading of the law (which granted is easy to do, but that's why lawyers have their uses) - but the one thing to thier credit is they do respond quickly. It is very easy to say they should have got it all sorted before they opened for business, but all they can do now is correct the mistake.
I personally think they have a good chance of doing so.

If even half of what it alleged in those charges are true, Trevor was one hell of a liar. I'd love to know the full history of where funds were really deposited.

Unfortunately, most administrators are. They tell you what they think will trigger greed in people. Then they develop a cult-like following. All while laughing at the suckers that they pull in. It is a sad truth in the HYIP games.
It's time to move this to closed.

Guess who got sued by the SEC for $443,484 dollars that he got out of the trust....Frederick Damron of Kentucky. Guess where the trust was incorporated....Kentucky. The administrator of the trust, Chris Barany, lives in Indianapolis, Indiana - same area as Charles Spradlin. Trevor E. Reed is a pastor and so is Spradlin.
These young men certainly didn't have the knowledge or experience to put together this program. They had to have help and I'm betting the above were involved in a big way.
