The person who annoys me most is actually "Pamela" from their support crew. Don't know if she knew it was a scam, but I had the (mis-)fortune of seeing her on the support team of another autosurf scam / failure a couple of years ago. Shows that some people don't always learn quickly!

Simon, I think we may know "Pamela" from the same program. Are you sure it is the same person? Oh, well, I guess it doesn't make much difference, or whether she knew it was a scam or not.

If we are talking about the same program, I also well remember that Trevor was a member in that one too, maybe even got to know Pamela there. I even remember that "jesus" was part of Tevor's username..

Ooh ... a charades game :-D

How many words: two words (well it could be four, both having the same first word )

Category: Scams

First word: :: rubbing fingers together on one hand to look like "moola" ::

"Money!" no "Cash!" no "Paid!" YES!

Second word: :: making mime with one hand for talking (more like squaking), stopping it, and do it with the other hand .. and pointing to that other hand like "wtf is it doing?" ::

""Talking!" no "blabbing!" no "Gossiping!" no "Motor Mouth!" no (giving person an ugly expression on that one) "Responding!" :: making so so mime gesture to indicate you're close! :: "Response!" YES!

Whew .. that was tough

If you can't guess the 2nd set of words, fuggedabuttit

Yep, I think we are talking about the same one from the same program. And while I can't say for sure it was her, I'm willing to be it was, because I remember just before I fell out with her (I fell out with all of them one by one lol) she mentioned "healinjesusname" Trevor.

They're all a bunch of idiots - but that just leaves less competition for those of us who have moved beyond the hyip (pun intended).

LOL...Dolph, I enjoyed your post! You got it right, of course.

Simon, maybe krimm has friends in high places and...lol...jesus doesn't.

Because it sure seems unfair that one gets caught and the other one fades into oblivion.

I feel insulted by Trevor. He and his new scam had the balls to send me a letter soliciting me to join his new site. What a ditz. Maybe he should pay me my money fro CEP before he asks for more.

For the first time, the receiver is sueing individual investors who received a lot of money from CEP Holdings.

Notice that the receiver is legally entitled to sue for all funds withdrawn, regardless of the initial amount of money put in by a member. If you put in $25,000 and then received $75,000 back, the receiver would sue you for the full $75,000. You would then be entitled to a share of the residue funds, based on your investment amount. That means that every member loses out (the law doesn't care about this, since people were putting money into an illegal scam).

The reason that not everyone who received money is being sued seems to be that the receiver has set a dollar threshold, below which there would be no point in sueing.

So, if you're thinking of putting money into a site run in America, think again! And just to be safe, follow the same logic for all surf / hyip sites on the web.

I have little sympathy with those who put money in, and are now faced with a large loss. In the long run, it should stop people from playing with fire again and again (as many are prone to do) - they have to learn to stand on their own 2 feet, and take responsibility for their actions.
