Well, it comes as no great suprise that this one only lasted 2 cycles. I just hope that the people who were foolish enough to trust "Andy" again at least got the money back. This guy is a con man, plain and simple. He can give all the excuses he wants, this program didn't last long because he stole member's money in his previous programs and couldn't draw enough suckers into the scheme this time around. I bet next program he tries, TD and a few other cheerleaders will be the only people joining. Ok, maybe that's just wishful thinking; there will probably always be a couple of newbies that join known scammers, but hopefully each future program he tries to run is increasingly unsuccessful. Who knows, eventually maybe "Andy" will actually have to get a job and start working for a living, rather than running online scams.
