ROFLMAO! This is one of the worst chain letters I've ever come across and I've read (and deleted) many of them! What part of this is legal.... let's see... NONE!
- Sending any part of a chain letter, including your "investment", via snail mail is illegal. Re-read what you posted about chain letters from the US Postal service.
- Pyramid scams, like chain letters, are illegal because they DO NOT WORK and cause most people to lose money and their integrity. Also, cheating is easy to do and is done by most people that participate in illegal activities.
- Spamming, either by email, forums, newsletters or any other web media, is illegal. Asking people to spam newsgroups is asking them to commit a crime.
I fully agree with CalvinT, Header, Gaby, Opie and anyone else who warns people against these kind of scams. If you truly are naive about these things, then please have a look around this forum and you'll learn quite a bit about internet scams and what to avoid. If you already know this is a scam, then take your BS elsewhere, because this is the NO BS Network.
