I've called Meridian Trust Company and they've confirmed that indeed they're the registered agent for PPREI LTD.
I've also asked the admin if he's willing to conduct an interview with me which will be posted on my blog, but we shall see if he agrees. So far I've received no response and I sent him the e-mail about two days ago. I heard that the admin has a reputation for the lack of communication. Anyways, let me know if any of you find more info on this program.
