I can see that these are forged right away. The amount of gold bullion that's transferred is the dollar amount divided by the exchange rate. Thus, for the first transfer shown in image 1, 88.50 USD / 686.00 USD per ounce = 0.1290087 troy oz. As shown, this gets rounded to 0.129009 oz.
Now what about these supposed transfers to "Paul Roeder"? The first is fine: $950 / $677.90 = 1.4013866, which gets rounded to 1.401387, as displayed.
BUT THEN you have $4500 / $677.90 = 6.638147. BUT WHAT'S DISPLAYED? 6.625422.
THIS IS A FORGED ENTRY. It's especially obvious when you look at the second $4500 transfer and see that the rate has changed to $679.30 per troy oz. HOWEVER, THE AMOUNT OF GOLD BULLION DOES NOT CHANGE.
A second inconsistency is found in the time. On page 1, the time increments chronologically. On page 2, this continues, all the way up to the last transfer in which there is an obvious error. How do you go from 23:15 on 4/30/2007 to 07:48 on 4/30/2007. Obviously, 07:48 would come first, yet the batch number shows that it came after.
THIS IS A FORGED ENTRY.
No wonder Peter doesn't want to provide evidence for the loss. No wonder he refuses to address it. No wonder he stopped giving out these supposed screen shots. He has some major explaining to do. Why did he forge these screen shots? If they're not forged, and this is some quirk in e-gold, he better be damn ready to give Jude access to his e-gold account to confirm things. Otherwise, the presumption is that he's a scammer, as that's what the available evidence strongly suggests. I think Peter should have a day or two to respond to this. If he fails to address it and goes MIA, I think it's time for Jude to release his contact details and contact law enforcement.
Damn I hate this shit.
