I think it is hard to be too critical when it is clear they are making efforts to correct their mistake. The big mistake was of course the total mis-reading of the law (which granted is easy to do, but that's why lawyers have their uses) - but the one thing to thier credit is they do respond quickly. It is very easy to say they should have got it all sorted before they opened for business, but all they can do now is correct the mistake.
I personally think they have a good chance of doing so.
