They are using MoneyBookers?!?
I did an article this month,
12DP Market Accepting PayPal – Don’t Risk Losing Your PayPal at No Bullshit HYIP Blog, A Part of No Bullshit Network, about not using sites that offer a payment processor that is likely to shut off the site's account.

Sports betting is not allowed for US citizens. Does Bet-Fund collect a member's country? If yes, does it prevent Americans from using MoneyBookers? If it doesn't comply with MoneyBooker's TOS, MoneyBookers will shut down their account. It doesn't matter if Bet-Fund just tells Americans to not use MoneyBookers, inevitably someone will try to use it.
