Jude, you said you will reveal something this week. Now seems the decision is shifted to some voting jury (representative by what?).
Lets say you have 100% correct ID documents allowing to reveal the guy. Who is going to proceed further and how?
As proved by the time spend we have no working ways to force the guy to be responsible. So my vote would be for revealing the information. Jude may decide to
do it incrementally to show that investors will proceed further and see whether the guy will even try to pop up here with a concrete refund plan that is far better than "better than nothing" hopewishes and treat investors according to their shares, starting
immediate refund related
supervised (by this forum) communication & start
real refund traffic.
