Re: A Guide on How much can you earn through Google Adsense
Some good tips hear and as said it is hard to know how much you will earn. If you already have a site then one factor that will have a big impact is the topic of the site. If you have a website related to something competitive such as finance or travel then the money you earn for each click may be way higher than a topic with very little competition. While no one is 100% sure what the ratio is of how much you get of the advistising share from Adsense you are naturally going to get much more on a term where advertisers are paying several dollars per click rather than a few cents.
Other factors that will impact your earnings include:
Your site traffic - obviously you won't earn much without traffic
Placement - People can ignore ads especially if they are in usual spots such as headers. If you have an article then why not put the Adsense unit in the middle of the article. You may get a much better click through rate.
Text colour - Google lets you edit the colour scheme of your ads. Rather than making them stand out in contrast with your site it's best to make them in line with your site design. Make the links the same colour as the other links on your page. This increases the trust in the links and boosts click rate.
It is possible to earn good money with Adsense and we are doing so but the amount will come down to your site.
