I think if we try not to lie to ourselves and accept that the money is gone or most of it. Dan isn't really bothered to be honest. He isn't really bothered with any threats of action or whatever Jude is going to throw at him. I and others do really appreciate your help on this Jude, but if Dan was really bothered he would at least come on and tell us what he's doing now and who he is refunding next etc.
One deadline after deadline after deadline....so far what has that threat accomplished? He's playing with us and we have to admit we have been absolute mugs. IF he does finally give me a refund I will give half to charity!
If you are really serious about refunding us then wire the money back to us Dan. Just walk into your bank, I will provide you my bank details to wire the money into.... HECK you can even deduct the wiring costs from what you owe me at least I will still get some money. How difficult can that be?
