Chattgirl, Khamm4 pretty much has the summary. It probably isn't good to mention specific strategies publicly on this board. They did say they are planning a second conference call Monday night. You could try sending an email to
forexupdate1-owner@yahoogroups.com and ask them to put you on the email list. The issue they had with the call was there were only 96 slots so I'm sure many people didn't get to listen. They are trying to get more for the next meeting. There were three people that ran the call and they identified themselves as equity agents. At this point write down any information you have and at some point in the future they will let you know who would get it. They said that they were involved in initiating the involuntary bankruptcy and were advised by an attorney that that was the best thing to do at this point. The case# is 08-12333. I called the court in Chat. and they said the next step would be they would send out a summons that Lou would need to answer by June 9 (fat chance of that) and then it would probably be another 20 days before a hearing.
