If you didn't, all Lou said was that his attorneys advise him not to speak at this time. He said to send an email with your investor information and you would receive a reply to your email within 24 hours. No one I know has received a reply yet.

Is anyone looking into a class action lawsuit? We should probably all join forces to try to get back whatever we can at this point.
