Here's the skinny... Lou Rivas is a con, or better yet a sociopath. He swindled investors money, drained IRA's and lived high on the hog while recklessly spending investor's money. This operation doesn't even make the grade of a ponzi scheme. It was simply a madman spending money faster than he could acquire it. Trading was nothing but smoke and mirrors. Investors and employees have not been paid, all centers have been shut down, all employees have been fired, Lou is being investigated by the FBI, there are several lawsuits pending and counting. The "company" has been dissolved. It has also been discovered that Lou served a ten year prison stint for... FRAUD. He ran the same type operation in the securities industry.
