Sorry for your loss, bobby. The "guarantee" should have been your first red flag. Promises of guaranteed returns are explicitly forbidden by NFA and CFTC. This joker probably isn't a member of either of these regulatory agencies so you must contact your state Attorney General
and the Attorney General of Tennessee ASAP. Do it now before you waste any more time (and money).
