I just sent the following email to PeterB. I'm back from the holidays and ready to move forward on this.

First, I'm glad you sent me a refund a few weeks ago, but what you sent was unacceptable. You had given me your word that I'd have 50% by the end of October and the other 50% by the end of December. You changed that first 50% to less than 40%. And then what you actually sent me was less than 10%. It took you until December for that 10%. Now it's January and I'm supposed to have 100% returned, but all you've managed to send is less than a tenth of that. This is completely unacceptable.

Second, not one person reported receiving any payment from you except for me. You lied about making a smaller return to me in order to be able to make returns to everyone else. I don't like that you lied about this.

Third, I now have copies of your South African ID, your telephony invoice, and a certificate from the Registrar of Companies. This coincides and bolsters all the other information my private investigator has complied on you and Julie. If I were you, I'd be very worried about the impending lawsuits. We're not playing games. We're ready to seek charges against you.

Fourth, as you've probably seen, Jude is diligently compiling information about all the investors’ losses. He's adamant about making sure you don’t get away with this. There are several others, including myself, who feel the same way. We’ll pay more money than we lost to ensure that you get justice.

Fifth, spare us the moronic rhetoric about how you're the victim and about how you don't owe anything to anybody. For example, your email to Jude was ridiculous. Why? Because you've failed to ever establish anything you've said. All of your claims are empty and unsubstantiated. And the only evidence you have provided incriminates you even more. If you'd like to gain some credibility then please send your attorney's contact information. I’ve asked for it several times. Not surprisingly, all you have are excuses. You haven’t verified your story using any of the means in which you easily could do so. Why? Because your story is a giant fabrication. You’re not fooling anybody Peter.

As you can see, we're sick of your lies and inaction. We're sick of silly hacking stories and doctored screenshots. We're sick of waiting for OUR money back. This, Peter, is a warning and also an opportunity. Refunds need to start being made NOW and to EVERYBODY and for substantial amounts. If you manage to do this, you can save yourself and Julie a lot of grief and legal turmoil. If you don’t, we're not waiting. We're ready to nail you to the wall. We have your identifying documents and plenty of evidence for the authorities. Hopefully, for everyone's sake, you can refund each investor before these measures need to be taken. If not, then so be it. We'll happily spend our time and resources making sure you get what you deserve as a despicable scammer.
